Violence in Ciudad Juárez has generated a process of erosion of the civil condition due to the reduction and even loss of the sense of belonging that determines the founding of community. This dynamic creates zones of exclusion and confinement that simultaneously erode the zones of empowerment which are essential to recover the city as a space that revitalizes the social pact.
