MORENO-BONETT, Consuelo et al. Descriptive study of the participation of students and graduates in the academic practice program of comprehensive career of QFB of UAM-X, 2000, 2006, 2013. Rev. mex. cienc. farm [online]. 2015, vol.46, n.2, pp.33-40. ISSN 1870-0195.
The Academic Practice Program, carried out at UAM-X since 1982, plays an important role in the consolidation of the academic education of QFB (Biochemical Pharmacology) major students, since it encourages students to develop valuable real world skills. These skills, such as team working and adaptation to diverse working environments, are significant advantages that complement the knowledge and technical abilities gained by students while taking college courses. Due to the great importance of the Academic Practice Program in fostering student development and growth, we present an extensive analysis of the participation of QFB undergraduate and graduate students in the Program in 2000, 2006, and 2013, in the different collaborating companies. In this study we also consider the gender, working area, and personal relationships of the participating students.
