The article makes a review of Mexico’s economic policy in terms of income and expenditure, as well as external variables. It reviews some possible scenarios and raises the need for the current juncture of the start of a new government to resume growth with a short- and medium-term vision; It is also pointed out that the country needs a high and sustained growth and to achieve it it is necessary to generate a balanced macroeconomic environment.
