Discusses some of the main ideas of perspective humanist in Latin American illustrated thought regarding democracy and human rights. It raises articulated elements of philosophical validation to the somehow of the contributions of Latin American illustrated thought as a forge of independence thought more precise proposals for the realization of democracy, human rights and social justice.
