The purpose of the present article is to analyze and reflect on the feminist discourses concerning sexuality and reproductive rights, topics that circulate in the theoretical field, as well as in the regulations announced in aprovincial environment in Argentina. We are referring to the law pronounced in the Province of Neuquén 2222/98 about sexual and reproductive rights towards both men and women.
