Given the accelerated exchange of knowledge, it is necessary to have teachers trained for research, in order to strengthen their practice so that it affects their management and teaching activities. In this sense, the objective of this article is to analyze the training process that teachers experienced in dialogical interaction in a training space for research. It is a qualitative work under the action research method, the subjects were nine teachers from the three educational levels (basic, middle and higher). An open questionnaire was applied. A heuristic-reflexive analysis was performed using analysis tables. The results show the training experience that the teachers lived in the Training Work shop Seminar in and for Research with the presentation of the research skills acquired.
