We present a reflection on the notion of enunciation as it relates to semiosis. Semiosis is developed in three ways. First, semiosis is seen as the production of meaning on the basis of a signifier elaborated in perception. The aim, then, is to understand how meaning can arise from our relationship with the sensible world. This relationship is described as an inter-expression. Secondly, we study the reverse path from meaning to expression. This is a process of creation. Finally, we consider the dialectical path between these two initial semioses. Insofar as there can be no semiosis or enunciation without the deployment of a dynamic, we envisage resorting to the notion of intentionality, inherent in consciousness.
