This article presents the results of a study with high school teenagers, aimed at understanding their citizenship training process. It looks into their experiences, views and social life practices. This study offers an approach for training citizens from the notion of "political culture". It presents teachers a tool which they can use to get involved, develop and design learning experiences, not only from formal courses, but from the school life.
