This article presents the advances on a research project regarding the skills and traits of professional ethics among students and faculty of graduate programs at the Universidad Iberoamericana, in Puebla. This interuniversity project which involves fifteen mexican higher education institutions seeks to recommend guidelines for the formation of professional ethics for graduate programs at Mexican universities.
