The constant search to provide an education that allows human beings to live with enhanced integrity in society calls for graduate education institutions to reconsider their actions; however, most institutions focus on improving their processes and not necessarily on reaching their objectives of being a transformational entity. This paper shares an experience at the Colegio de Postgraduados where one of the main research areas, "Education, desarrollo humano y gestión del conocimiento" (Education, Human Development, and Knowledge Management), concentrates on the conduct of educators. The program at the Colegio de Postgraduados seeks to fulfill -with a humanistic approach- the needs of a globalized world. The experience discussed in this paper demonstrates that any project can have a humanistic approach. The discussion points out the required processes to carry out an educational project which strives for a humanistic approach.
