The scientific impact assessment in educational research is still an unsolved problem due to the lack of a systematic effort by researchers and managers to make the offered knowledge -directed to solving the problems related to the training of university professionals- to be appropriately accredited, to be introduced in the educational process, and to cause the expected educational effect. The aim of this article is to present some quantitative data from the evaluation of the scientific impact assessment of different educational investigations through a case study applying scientometric indicators.
