The change in nature and restructuring of the National Guard meant a different approach in public security policy in our country. However, there are several errors of normative symmetry caused very possibly by the ignorance of the reforming power, of the nature and purposes of this nineteenth corporation that could lead to severe failures in the instrumentation of its actions.
