The study given in this essay aims to analyse challenges of the constitutional processualism. It´s an important scientific movement in Latin-American dedicated to the study of constitutional jurisdiction from the standpoint of constitutional law and procedural law, in order to build a new branch of law: constitutional procedural law. The constitutional processualism has an evolution that now follows the direction to consolidating as a branch of law, and has challenges of content, method and function natures. The study analyses each of these challenges in their main thematic aspects.
