This text tries to analyze the principle of legality in criminal matters and their relationship with the conventionality introduced the text Mexican Constitutional in June 2011. This is within the accusatory criminal system outlined in the Political Constitution of the Mexican United States from reform of 2008 and the National Code of Criminal Procedure. The reflection revolves around the analysis of how local judges should apply the conventionality of criminal matters?
