This article examines the changes that brought about around the world by neo-liberalism and globalization, which have spurred a legal revolution. These changes, in turn, have furthered strengthened already powerful nations, corporations, and supranational institutions far more than they empowered the interests of nation states and their populace. States and their legislation have adjusted to these transformations, while not necessarily adapting in favor of individuals, but rather by bolstering the newer interests of world capitalism.
