The purpose of this text is to expose and describe irregular migration through Mexico, focusing specifically on the State of Mexico. It is argued that there has been an increase in the presence of irregular migrants in the country, especially in the State of Mexico and its municipalities. The presence of Central Americans stands out mainly, followed by those who come from South America and the Caribbean Islands. A lower presence of migrants from Europe, Africa and Asia has also been observed. According to the data presented, it has been identified that around 170 countries originate irregular migration in Mexico, of which 30 have been detected in the State of Mexico.
