Abstract

Here are mentioned some factors that intervene in the determination of the unemployment of graduates from higher education institutions and the policies by which this has been tried to avoid are described. On the other hand, the factors that determine the sub-employment of the graduates are mentioned and are proposed different hypotheses or scenarios about their probable future behavior in the labour market. Finally, the policies that have been applied in order to combat this problem will be analyzed, and the action courses applied in order to combat this problem are analyzed, also are suggested the action courses that are considered potentially more effective to achieve such goal.
