In this study we identify diverse experiences of Psychology students during online classes, within the framework of Covid-19, and in face-to-face classes during the post-pandemic period. Based on a sociocultural psychology approach, we analyzed aspects of these experiences and their impact on the students' learning, emotions and socialization with peers. Five open-ended questionnaires were applied online over two semesters of face-to-face classes and a content analysis was conducted. We observed that students valued the face-to-face classes, felt happy, more focused on academics and content with their social life. However, they considered that online classes are advantageous because they allow them to save money and time in traveling to school. We thus concluded that in both modalities the students learned to recognize and highlight the advantages and inconveniences of each one.
