Abstract

This essay hinges upon contributions from the dynamic psychoanalytical approach as well as from the sociology of action being applied on organizations. Our research shows that diverse types of relationships exist between its members' psychic apparatus and the organization models. This addresses the existing debate in social sciences on the preeminence of social structures in the individual's consciousness in explaining the building of a social link in the widest sense of human behavior. We hypothesize about the conflictive nature of social constitution, which is based upon the organization's logic of modern labor world and on culture itself.
