In this sociological essay i analyse the cultural, simbolic and discourseve phenomenon of the cumbia villera in Argentine. Considerately that like one of the lot of languages from the dramatic social reality specifically, in its singular case, it is a language and a reading of the social devastation and discollectivization that was provoked because of the neoliberal politics over the popular sectors. In its musical courses, about that i aspire to demonstrate the diverses moments of the cumbia like a musical kind, the songs, the worries, the social practices and positions change in relation to the politics and economics transformations that happened in the ’90 de cade.
