To make an analysis of the wage discrimination by gender and profession in the laboral market of Hermosillo, Sonora, is the main interest of this work; the study is centered into calculate the rentability rates of education derived from resulting data. The hypothesis is to prove if the investment rentability in human capital is less for women in relation with men in different professional groups.
