This work introduces an exploratory study that aims to describe and characterize the declaratory state of knowledge about the Acid Base Titration teaching, using Remote Laboratories with a group of chemistry professors from the University of Buenos Aires. These devices allow to perform real and remote experimental practices anywhere and anytime possible. The methodology involved an open questionnaire. Aspects regarding content analysis and categories generated with rationale theory were considered for the data processing. The results of the study revealed that professors keep the protocols and emulative techniques as didactical approaches. They also consider that RLs are intuitive and help to emphasize on the conceptual learning process. It can be concluded that professors perceive the work with Remote Laboratories to be similar to that conducted in conventional experimental practice. As final remark, a new research pathway is rising, focused on the development of innovative and diverse methodological strategies within the faculty.
