Resumen
BARTRA, Armando. Fin de fiesta: El fantasma del hambre recorre el mundo. Argumentos (Méx.) [online]. 2008, vol.21, n.57, pp.15-31. ISSN 0187-5795.
Food crisis as been related to climate, energy and financial ones, it is structural and signals the end of a long cheap food period generated by green revolution. It has begun because food offer does not grow as fast as before and there is an explosive demand increase because of changes in dietary habits and biofuels boom. Financial speculation is added. Oil has become very expensive, it is a natural resource and its production seems to reach an end. This questions not only "industrial agriculture" but a whole civilization model that has over consumed energy. We are living an epoch change that demands new production and consume patterns that, in agriculture case, will recover and develop formal science knowledge and technological, economic and cultural paradigms form peasant world.
