AVILA BARRIENTOS, Eder. The linked open bibliographic data and its behavior in the information retrieval. Investig. bibl [online]. 2020, vol.34, n.82, pp.203-227. Epub 17-Abr-2020. ISSN 2448-8321. https://doi.org/10.22201/iibi.24488321xe.2020.82.58130.
The behavior of the linked open bibliographic data (LOBD) and its interaction in the process of information retrieval, is analyzed through hermeneutics and discourse analysis. We examined the literature that reveals models, structures, case studies, concept tests and structural analysis of the implementation of LOBD in information retrieval. The identified findings allow us to estimate that the explosion of data in the digital environment reveal the need to have methods that encourage information retrieval in a graphic, intuitive and interactive way for the end user. Semantic bibliographical records and bibliographical graphs are two methods that can promote this type of recovery. In a datified context, it is necessary to have mechanisms that make possible the integration and linkage of data which are available in the resources and contents located in the web environment. When LOBD is applied in the domain of documentary information, it is possible to generate bibliographic data with the capacity of being openly and significantly vinculated through a system based on an interoperable scheme.
