ESPINOSA LUNA, Carolina. How Are Organizational Decisions Made? A Classical Review. Sociológica (Méx.) [online]. 2016, vol.31, n.87, pp.43-78. ISSN 2007-8358.
While organizational theories have created solid conceptual bases for the study of organizational decisions, a continued theoretical exploration seems needed of the function of decisions in the configuration of organizational order beyond compliance with formal objectives. In the framework of this discussion, it is appropriate to adopt a theoretical approach based on suppositions of complexity that conceives of decisions as adaptive responses to uncertain conditions in the organizational setting.
