This research addresses the Social Responsibility of agriculture and fishery in three lake regions from Michoacan, Mexico, through a survey applied to 1246 fishermen and farmers in 60 locations. The farmers and fishermen identify actions with negative environmental and social impacts, such as agrochemicals, sewage discharge, litter, usage of prohibited fishing nets, and the exclusion of vulnerable social groups in fisheries and agriculture activities. This paper highlights proposals that would contribute to productive activities, sustainability, and community life from a socially responsible perspective.
