Promotion and modernization processes in the national educational field and, most of all, on higher educational level has been in style for more than a decade, some promoted by the institutions themselves and others suggested by outsiders. These activities are executed by groups or pairs of experts that are linked to assessing organisms or grantors. The Inter Institutional Committees among other valuating parties are found to be necessary to valuate higher education (CIEES) which main purpose is to execute a diagnostic on educational programs that will help to build a growing higher education. This essay describes the experience of pairs as assessors that participate in the processes of educational quality assessment.
