From the question Why did some countries implement various measures during the first wave of Covid-19 and other countries not? The present work uses Covid 19 as a dependent variable and with the use of Comparative Qualitative Analysis (QCA) analyzes the contextual conditions that led countries to implement more or less restrictive measures in 18 Latin American countries.
