This paper takes stock of the political change in the political regime of Jalisco in the period from 1989 to 2019. They are situated on the theoretical side that studies the processes of political change. Discussion with other papers that have studied the political system of Jalisco. To this end, the analytical bases for the studies on political transformations are established in the political sciences and then delve into the case study and draw conclusions from the analysis.
