Abstract

The author offers an analysis of how it has evolved the process of representation in the political system in Bolivia. Is considered a major cause for consider that there are moves towards inclusion; it is that a large indigenous sectors has been aware and militant to end discriminatory behaviors in everyday action. Related with this, it is important to observe the demand of broad sectors of Bolivian society to form and draft a new Constitutional Act.
