Family Aphelinidae is one of the most important in the biological control of insect pests at world level. It includes 34 genera and around 1,300 species, with 12 genera and 184 species in Mexico. Genus Encarsia is the most diverse with 409 species and 94 in Mexico. In this paper, three new species of this genus are described and illustrated: E. antennata sp. n. from Baja California Sur, E. caudata sp. n. from Nuevo Leon, and E. oaxaca sp. n. from Oaxaca and Tamaulipas.
