Inside the line of investigation in Ecclesiastic Law of the State, the author examines the mistakes of the Supreme Court of Justice in the identification of the norm used for the expedition of the failure for pederasty against the Catholic Church in Colombia, which, to his judgment, damages the beginning of congruity of the judgments.
