This study turns around the importance that every day is receiving the technological development since it has become a revolution for those traditional methods of organization. In addition, the treatment and storage of the information represents a risk, especially ifit is a question of information relating to the person. By such reason, the use and control on the information must be recognized every person already not alone as a guarantee, but in addition like a fundamentally protected right. Because ofthat, the importance ofrecognizing a fundamental right to the protection of information to constitutional level and even more, guaranteeing its protection.
