Resumen
ARREGUI EATON, Irma Gloria y CHAPARRO CASO-LOPEZ, Alicia Alelí.
The objective of this study was to compare the teaching practice evaluation strategies used in high and low efficiency high schools in Baja California. To carry out the analysis, a fraction of the information retrieved was retaken, based on interviews with school supervisors and management teams from 30 secondary schools. The results show that in the first instance, the teaching evaluation practices that are reported in both types of schools are minimal, in addition there was not a considerable difference in the strategies for the evaluation of the teaching practice used in high and low efficiency schools, since both schools perform the same practices in similar proportions, although they were lower in low-efficiency schools.
