This article offers an exploratory study on the perception of two groups of students from two public universities in Mexico about the COVID19 pandemic that is currently being experienced in the world. The analytical proposals were formed through the analysis of 6 variables that were found in the responses of 12 questionnaires applied in mid-2020, where it was sought that young people answered these variables to obtain a broad panorama about their environment, their life, their academic training and finally their perception of this historical period that has defined part of the future of humanity
