In Mexico as in any other place around the world, more and more often companies arefacing the challenges of the competition market and as a consequence they have had to adopt up-to-date methodologies such as .estrategical management, total quality administration, and the re-engineering of processes, among Other methodolgies in order to manage modern organizations. This article presents a methodological proposal from the models of re-engineering of Michael Hammer and James Champy, Daniel Morris and Joel Brandon, Raymond Manganelli and Mark Klein, and also the Industrialist Engineering Management Press model.
