Over the last 20 years, México has made some changes in the industrial property legislation because of the signing of several commercial treaties with 12 countries: the European Union, the World Trade Organization and the World Intellectual Property Organization. With this changes Mexico gives to its legislation the required harmonization in order to establish a strong possibility of commercial exchange between México and other countries.
