In ihis article we presented a Model that gathers new variables and interactions to explain the operation Total Quality Management (TQM) process.

Taking as a reference this new Model, we also deepened in the analvsis of the Interaciion between Infórynation Systems (IS) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in TQM process and Organizational elements in TQM process, since we understand that this double study goes further and contribules to clarify this concept.
