This work verifies in the classroom in that measured it improves the learning of the students with the approach of the "No Directivity" of Rogers, which, rescues the value of the person who is first of all the aim in if same and not simply an organism or mechanism that can be modified. It insists on the totality of the individual, an education centered in the person, a relation of aid and, mainly, no director, basic components of its approach.
