A novel fluorine containing a highly bioactive naturally abundant piperidine clubbed Schiff base derivative_tert-butyl_3-(((2-hydroxynaphthalen-1-yl)methylene)amino)-4-(4(trifluoromethyl) phenyl)piperidine-1- carboxylate (RSB1) a possible potent reactive building block was synthesized by condensing fluorine bearing piperidine containing boc protected amine derivative with the 2hydroxy naphthaldehyde using a simple condensation method in good yield and high purity. The structure characterization of the title compound was done by, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HRMS spectral analysis.
