This work contributes to the study of the complex phenomenon of organizational virtuality through the analysis of the interorganizational relation , supported by an Interorganizacional Information System (IOS), and the competitive effect of organizaational virtualization. Considering the organizational, strategic and technological aspects involved, a model of analysis are developed in order to identify possible areas of improvement which allow to increase virtuality. Finally, the conclusions derived from the application of this model to a group of that Spanish companies are widely exposed.
