Reportamos el caso clínico de un miofibroblastoma en un paciente masculino de 85 años que inicia su padecimiento con un tumor que aumenta en volumen de manera insidiosa durante 10 años. Fue sometido a una mastectomía total sin disección ganglionar axilar. Al análisis microscópico y la inmunohistoquímica se reportó el diagnóstico final de miofibroblastoma.

We report a case of a myofibroblastoma in an 85-year male who began with a mass in the right breast that grew slowly along the last ten years. He underwent a total mastectomy without axillary lymph node dissection. In the histopathology and immunohistochemistry report, the final diagnosis was a myofibroblastoma.
