Nuestro interés en este trabajo es destacar y analizar el papel que tuvieron los ingenieros en la construcción de la política petrolera durante la posrevolución. También examinar el contexto en que se creó la carrera de ingeniero petrolero en 1927.

Our aim in this paper is to highlight and analyse the role of engineers in the construction of an oil policy during post-revolution. Furthermore, we examine the context in which the Petroleum Engineering bachelor’s degree was created in 1927.
