El presente artículo aborda la operación y el financiamiento; así como el marco legal y conceptual de las pensiones de los trabajadores de confianza del Poder Judicial del Estado de Baja California. Se ofrece un análisis sobre las clasificaciones de los trabajadores y los no considerados trabajadores del Poder Judicial para acceder al derecho humano de una pensión digna y en igualdad de circunstancias de las que gozan otros sectores laborales al servicio del Estado. También, se analizan diversos juicios interpuestos por personal de confianza del Poder Judicial, así como el procedimiento para el Presupuesto de Egresos del Poder Judicial y su problema financiero en perspectiva.

This article approaches the financing and operation, as well as the legal framework and conceptual of the pensions of the trusted workers of the judicial power of the state of Baja California. We present an analysis about the classification of the workers and the not considered workers for the judicial power to access to the human right of a decent pension and equality of circumstances that enjoy other labor sectors at the service of the State. Also, various judgments interposed per the trusted personal of the judicial power to access to the right of pension are analyzed, as well as the expenses budget of the judicial power and his financial problem in perspective.
