No obstante el evidente desarrollo que trajo consigo la Modernidad en muchas áreas del saber, la forma en que la mujer vive su feminidad se reconfiguró a partir de la concepción escindida de persona humana heredada del racionalismo. El presente análisis relaciona esta nueva concepción de mujer respecto al varón y su incidencia en el contexto del trabajo femenino y analiza las reacciones suscitadas que reconfiguraron el actuar femenino. Partiendo de la situación actual de la mujer, proponemos conjuntar los esfuerzos de los actores involucrados y la reivindicación de las labores de cuidado como elementos humanizadores en la convivencia.

However, the evident development brought about by Modernity in many areas of knowledge, the way in which women live their femininity, was reconfigured from the split conception of a human person inherited from rationalism.The present analysis relates this new conception of women with respect to men and their incidence in the context of women’s work; furthermore, it analyzes the resulting reactions that reconfigured women’s actions. Starting from the current situation of women, we propose to combine the efforts of the actors involved and the vindication of the tasks of care as humanizing elements in coexistence.
