^les^aEn este artículo, el autor desarrolla la idea de justicia constitucional local, desde la perspectiva de su interacción con el nivel federal. De esta manera, se analizan los presupuestos institucionales de la justicia constitucional local y los principios de supremacía y rigidez contenidos en la Constitución federal, para con esto dar paso al estudio de las ocho entidades federativas que ya contienen normas que establecen un verdadero sistema de justicia constitucional a nivel local. El ensayo se centra en el tema de los mecanismos de articulación entre la doble jurisdicción que existe en el sistema federal mexicano.^len^aIn this article, the author discusses the idea of local constitutional justice from the perspective of its interaction with the federal level of government. In this way, the author examines the institutional assumptions of local constitutional justice and the principles of supremacy and rigidity contained in the Federal Constitution, to move later on towards the study of the eight federative entities that already contain norms that establish a true system of local constitutional justice. Finally, the author centers his attention on the mechanisms for the articulation of the double jurisdiction that exists in Mexico's federal system.
