Magazine Posting Rules

1. Articles can be the result of a research or theoretical studies in any legal science area. Other contributions may also be presented as critical notes on current national or international topics, policy analysis, jurisprudential reviews, book reviews, etc. In all cases, critics must be unpublished material.

2. Contribution delivery entitles the editorial board to publish the article in print and online magazine as well as in databases and collections that are indexed.

3. All contributions will be subject to peer review by international portfolio experts arbitrators, and ad hoc external guests.

4. The review process is conducted on the basis of the following aspects: (a) relevance and topicality, (b) quality of research and theoretical rigor, (c) consistency and quality of formal exhibition, (d) compliance with the magazine publishers' requirements. The arbitrators' opinion will conclude when there is an acceptance referral, rejection or the need to make corrections, evaluation that will be determine for the admission of the article.

5. Once the article is approved, the article publication will correspond to the theme that defines the editorial board for each number.

6. The work should have: title, summary, abstract, keywords, development and conclusions.

7. They must be created in word processor MS Word, Arial font, size 12, single space, 3 cm lateral margin, and 2.5 cm top and bottom.

8. The summary should be a descriptive of the work content, with a maximum extension of a paragraph, containing 12 lines (approximately 150 words).

9. The articles must be delivered in Spanish. The title, abstract and key words must also be translated into English.

10. The author must explicitly include institutional affiliation and email address. An additional page will feature a curriculum review of a paragraph.

11. Articles must have a minimum length of 15 pages and a maximum of 30 (between 6,000 and 12,000 words). In the case of contributions to the sections, they can range between 5 to 10 pages (2,500 to 5,000 words).

12. Notes and references are placed at the bottom of the page.

13. The bibliographic records must be made in the ISO style (rule 690) and transcribe all data from the source document that is referenced, so you do not need a list of bibliography at the end of the article.
