Materiales y Métodos:  Se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo, longitudinal y retrospectivo. Se incluyó a los usuarios que solicitaron atención médica entre septiembre del 2023 y junio del 2024.  Resultados:  En el componente de Trato Digno, se observó una percepción positiva del 99.4 % de los usuarios consideró que la atención recibida fue con respeto, mientras que el 0.6% no lo consideró así. Respecto al tiempo de consulta, el 98.5% de los usuarios percibió que el médico dedicó tiempo suficiente a su visita, mientras que el 1.5% opinó lo contrario. En cuanto a la calidad percibida general la satisfacción fue predominante, el 92.5% de los usuarios se declaró satisfecho, el 7.36% como regularmente satisfecho y solo el 0.1% manifestó estar nada satisfecho.  Conclusiones:  El estudio realizado en el Hospital Regional de Alta Especialidad de Ciudad Victoria &#8220;Bicentenario 2010&#8221; muestra una alta satisfacción de los usuarios respecto a la atención médica recibida. La mayoría de los pacientes destacó una comunicación efectiva con el médico, claridad en las explicaciones del tratamiento y un trato respetuoso por parte del personal de salud. Estos resultados reflejan la calidad humana y profesional del equipo médico, así como el cumplimiento de los principios de atención centrada en el paciente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Objective:  Determine the satisfaction and dignified treatment of medical care in the user user of a hospital in northeastern Mexico.  Materials and Methods:  An observational, descriptive, longitudinal, and retrospective study was conducted. Users who sought medical care between September 2023 and June 2024 were included.  Results:  Regarding the Dignified Treatment component, a positive perception was observed: 99.4% of users considered the care received respectful, while 0.6% did not. Regarding consultation time, 98.5% of users perceived that the doctor dedicated sufficient time to their visit, while 1.5% felt the opposite. Regarding overall perceived quality, satisfaction predominated: 92.5% of users declared themselves satisfied, 7.36% declared themselves fairly satisfied, and only 0.1% declared themselves not at all satisfied.  Conclusions:  The study conducted at the Regional High Specialty Hospital of Ciudad Victoria &#8220;Bicentenario 2010&#8221; shows a high level of user satisfaction regarding the medical care received. Most patients highlighted effective communication with the physician, clarity in treatment explanations, and respectful behavior from the healthcare staff. These results reflect the human and professional quality of the medical team, as well as adherence to the principles of patient-centered care.]]></p></abstract>
