Metodología: enfoque cualitativo porque examina el papel de las remesas de los migrantes en Oaxaca y su relación con los resultados del programa de gobierno 3x1. Constructo teórico sobre gobernanza y su impacto en la promoción del desarrollo local-comunitario con base en las remesas. Resultados: las capacidades institucionales locales son limitadas para gestionar el desarrollo comunitario a través de las remesas. Originalidad: Articulación analítica y de políticas entre la gobernanza, emigración, remesas y desarrollo en Oaxaca. Conclusiones: una eficaz gobernanza (coordinación, liderazgo, planificación, incentivos) puede incidir en el desarrollo comunitario en Oaxaca con base de las remesas internacionales.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Summary Objective: Analyze the role of emigration governance and the contribution of remittances to promote community development in Oaxaca. Methodology: qualitative approach because it examines the role of remittances from Oaxaca and its relationship with the 3x1 government program. Theoretical construct on governance approach and its impact on the promotion of local-community development based on remittances. Results: local institutional capacities are limited to manage community development through remittances. Originality. Analytical and policy articulation between governance, emigration, remittances and development in Oaxaca. Conclusions: Effective governance (coordination, leadership, planning, incentives) can influence community development in Oaxaca based on international remittances.]]></p></abstract>
