El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar la efectividad de diferentes inóculos experimentales a base de hongos micorrícicos arbusculares (HMA) y bacterias nativas fijadoras de nitrógeno, en el frijol &#8220;negro delgado&#8221; en invernadero. El experimento se estableció en abril de 2023 con material biológico extraído de suelos de riego y temporal destinados al cultivo de frijol &#8220;negro delgado&#8221; en Santa Cruz Lachixolana, Santo Domingo Tlaltinango y Santiago Suchilquitongo, Oaxaca. La evaluación se inició ocho días después de la germinación, durante ocho semanas. Para la evaluación de la efectividad de HMA, las variables de estudio fueron: índice RAS (relación biomasa seca aérea (g)/biomasa seca de raíz (g)), tasa relativa de crecimiento en altura (TRCA, cm semana-1), tasa relativa de crecimiento en diámetro (TRCD, mm semana-1), área foliar (AF, cm2) y colonización micorrícica (MIC, %). Para la evaluación de la efectividad de rizobios se agregó la variable nódulos por planta (NOD, número). Los datos se analizaron en el programa SAS versión 9.4®, mediante un análisis de varianza, pruebas de homogeneidad de Bartlett, separación de medias con prueba Tukey (P &#8804; 0.05). Las variables evaluadas en los inóculos de HMA registraron diferencias estadísticas altamente significativas entre tratamientos (P &#8804; 0.01), los inóculos de rizobios evaluados, mostraron diferencias altamente significativas (P &#8804; 0.01) para las variables NOD y AF. El empleo de inóculos elaborados con HMA nativos promueven el incremento de TRCA, TRCD, AF y MIC en 43, 29, 66 y 60%, respectivamente, con base al tratamiento testigo. El uso de inóculos de rizobios empleados como biofertilizantes incrementaron los valores de NOD de 7 a 43 nódulos/planta y de AF en 82%, ambos con respecto al tratamiento testigo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Summary: The use of biofertilizers made with native soil microorganisms has shown an effectiveness in agricultural production similar to that obtained with mineral fertilization. The objective of our research was to evaluate the effectiveness of different experimental inocula based on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (HMA) and native nitrogen-fixing bacteria on slender black beans in a greenhouse. The experiment was established in April 2023 with biological material extracted from irrigated and rainfed soils intended for the cultivation of slender black beans in Santa Cruz Lachixolana, Santo Domingo Tlaltinango and Santiago Suchilquitongo, Oaxaca. The evaluation began eight days after germination, for eight weeks. For the evaluation of HMA effectiveness, the study variables were: RAS index (ratio dry aerial biomass (g)/dry root biomass (g)), relative height growth rate (TRCA, cm/week), rate relative growth in diameter (TRCD, mm/week), leaf area (AF, cm2) and mycorrhizal colonization (MIC, %). To evaluate the effectiveness of rhizobia, the variable nodules per plant (NOD, number) was added. The data were analyzed in the SAS version 9.4® software, using an analysis of variance, Bartlett&#8217;s homogeneity tests, and separation of means with Tukey test (P &#8804; 0.05). The variables evaluated in the HMA inocula recorded highly significant statistical differences between treatments (P &#8804; 0.01), the rhizobia inocula evaluated showed highly significant differences (P &#8804; 0.01) for the NOD and AF variables. The use of inocula made with native HMA promotes an increase in TRCA, TRCD, AF and MIC by 43, 29, 66 and 60%, respectively, based on the control treatment.
